Eclipse Personal Trainers are qualified Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainers, Diet and Nutrtional Advisors and come with a wide range skills including instructors in Kettlebells, TRX, Vipr and all the fitness equipment in the studio.
We offer a variety of Personal Training packages from 12 week transformation packages, to single 30/60 min sessions a week, this is your time to really pin point your training goals and allow a member of the team, to educate, guide you through the process. Think SMART – specific, measurable, achievable, realistic & timely.
After a 15 year career in the Armed Forces as a Physical Training Instructor, I decided to become a freelance Personal Trainer and Group class Instructor.
Fitness has been a huge part of my life and developing individuals Health and fitness goals has become second nature, I have helped injured soldiers return to fitness, whilst also maintaining a general fitness for everyday serving soldiers.
For the last 3 years I have established myself within the local community as a group instructor as well as Personal Trainer.
My commitment to you does not end at the same time as each training session, you can contact me at any time to ask burning questions, from fitness to nutrition, or guidance on your days off.

Alyson has been a true transformation for Eclipse Fitness, starting as a member then attending regular 1-2-1 sessions she became hooked on fitness and all that it had to offer not just with asthetics but with the Anatomy and Physiology behind it and the way in which the body works. With a background in marketing and also corrective postures, she seemed it only right to make the next step and work towards becoming a Personal Trainer, so whilst conducting the training required for this, she has taken the role of HR, and organising sessions and group events that the Church hosts.
I am an individual that takes pride in my people skills and my friendly and approachable demeanour.
I strive to provide a supportive and motivational environment to encourage you to push yourself and reach your full potential, regardless of whether your goals are focused on body fat reduction, toning, strength/ mass gain, general fitness or even injury prevention/ management.
